A Quooker is a small pressurised tank under the sink feeding a dedicated boiling outlet, and nearly every fault sits in the tank, the filter or the tap head rather than the plumbing. Grohe Red boiling and Grohe Blue filtered systems use their own boiler and filter units under the sink; faults usually show as no boiling water, error lights or leaks from the filter head. Franke boiling water taps follow similar principles with different components. We repair all of them, source the correct filters and seals rather than generic parts, and where a unit is beyond economical repair we will quote a replacement using the existing pipework and electrical supply wherever possible.
