Aquaboost and iBrio faults
Rapid cycling is the classic Aquaboost complaint and it is almost always the accumulator: once the pre-charge is lost there is no stored volume, so the pump chases every small draw-off. Pressure that sags during simultaneous use points at a worn impeller stack or a set point that has drifted. Dry-run lockouts mean the inlet or break tank cannot supply the pump. Controller faults show as no start, erratic starting or a display that has failed, and on iBrio sets the fault log usually identifies them quickly.
- Waterlogged or failed accumulator diaphragms
- Drifting set points and sensor faults
- Worn impellers and lost pump head
- Dry-run lockouts from inlet or tank problems
- Controller and display failures
- Passing non-return valves
